I had a weight loss goal and decided to use that. As I proceeded through the courses I applied the teachings and homework to my goal. I was amazed at how absolute the response was. I was able to stay on task (follow a specific meal plan) without deviation and found a subtle yet profound shift in my attitude(s) from the daily morning routine he taught in the classes. The teachings from the training had a positive effect on the specific beliefs and behaviors related to the goal i chose and, as all good work does, spilled over into other areas of my life as well.
While taking the course, I showed up for the live classes, listened to the the materials taught, practiced the assignments, stayed on track with my new behaviors, reached my first goal within 6 weeks, and enjoyed it all the way.
Since then I have maintained the new behaviors, my new weight, maintained a more positive attitude, and started incorporating all of the details, step by step into sessions with clients who come to see me. Like everything i’ve learned from the inside out…I can offer it to clients with honesty in knowing the challenges and confidence in the potential positive results.
The trainings proved to be a personal and professional benefit. A value way beyond the cost!
